PSY Ops

The PsyDAO TokenSale smart contract is live on Ethereum mainnet and the PsyDAO website.

You can buy PSY from it beginning on or about 4:20pm Basel time on Bicycle Day.

TokenSale is owned by the PsyDAO PSY Multisig.

TokenSale:

• will sell 20%* of the PSY supply (20,466,831 PSY) first-come-first serve

• price PSY at $0.1 per PSY using a Chainlink price oracle

• accept only ETH

• lock transfer for purchased PSY until the PSY Multisig calls unlockToken at the end of the sale

All PSY purchased from TokenSale will be transferable at the end of the sale. TokenSale releases PSY to your wallet once the sale closes, so your PSY won’t show up in your wallet until then.

All funds raised from TokenSale will be withdrawn to the PSY Multisig. PSY holders will have delegated authority over the funds in the PSY Multisig.
