The pie charts give information about the proportion of three unhealthy nutrients which are sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar in our daily meals and snacks.
It is clear that people get most of their sodium and saturated fat from Lunch or dinner. and snacks contain the most of the added sugar.
As we can see from the pie charts, dinner could provide the most sodium and saturated fat, which is 43% and 37%, respectively. The second main source of them are lunch, which is where they can provide 29% sodium and 26% saturated fat. By contrast, the breakfast normally contains a lower proportion of sodium and saturated fat, around to 16%.
What surprised me is that there are 42% added sugar in snacks, which is almost double the amount to dinner, at 23%. All the percentage of three nutritons are similar to around 16% in all different four kinds of meals.
