LXDAO is an R&D-focused DAO in Web3 ❤️

Dear LXDAO community friends! Welcome to our 118th weekly report.
1. Welcome New Friends
Qianxi: Hello everyone, I first got into the cryptocurrency industry around 2014. At that time, I was playing World of Warcraft and wanted to buy equipment , but couldn't use traditional payment methods. That’s when I encountered BTC, and after two or three days of exploration, I gradually understood the concept of Bitcoin. By 2016, as Bitcoin gained popularity, I truly realized its value. From 2017 to 2018, I made money through Bitcoin. After that, I began traveling in Southeast Asia and got more involved in the blockchain industry. Although I suffered losses in contract trading, my interest in this field remained strong. This year, I restarted my research into the blockchain industry and delved into smart contracts and AI. I use AI technology for candlestick analysis and gradually understand how smart contracts operate. By chance, I discovered LXDAO's activities and YouTube channel on Twitter and joined the LXDAO community. Currently, I continuously learn about blockchain knowledge through various means and participate in the community.
We are delighted to have new friends join the community, congratulations on them officially becoming members of the LXDAO community and obtaining their first Badge!
Once a community member’s contribution reaches 500 contribution points, the Governance Group will automatically initiate a proposal for the issuance of a Buidler Card. Holding an LXDAO Buidler Card grants the holder the right to propose and vote on proposals, as well as access to LXDAO community’s financial, technical, and manpower support!

Here are the key discussion topic for this week's LXDAO weekly meeting:
About Adding MPC Wallets to Various Products in LXDAO
Q shared their thoughts in the forum, suggesting the introduction of MPC wallets in LXDAO to lower the entry barrier for users, especially for those who are not familiar with blockchain. For instance, users of Nantan DAO may lack experience with blockchain wallets but are willing to try decentralized projects. MPC wallets simplify recovery and login by fragmenting and securing private keys, allowing users to participate in LXDAO projects without needing to download Metamask. The wallet supports various recovery methods, such as email and phone, and is compatible with different blockchain systems. Introducing MPC wallets will streamline the processes of FS registration, voting, and incentive collection, making it easier to welcome new users and enhance their experience.
Translation Release: Mycofi Chinese Version
Tiao posted relevant information about the collaboration between LXDAO and the Uncommons community on the translation of the book "Mycofi" in the forum. This book, written by Jeff Emmet and Jessica Zartler, explores the wisdom of fungi in resource allocation and its inspiration for Web3 financial systems. The title "Mycofi" is short for "Mycelial Ecological Finance," as fungi provide nutrients to ecosystems through their mycelial networks, inspiring us to achieve sustainable development through collaboration in the Web3 community. The book can be accessed by scanning the QR code on LXDAO's official account and forum. For questions and ideas, feel free to join the LXDAO Telegram channel: Translation & Research (Wild LX): Telegram: Contact @LXDAO.
Helios posted a proposal in the forum to establish a BD virtual group. The goal of the BD virtual group is to promote LXDAO's international development and address the overlap in work caused by the operational team's BD responsibilities. The core responsibilities of the group include expanding international cooperation, participating in international events, enhancing LXDAO's global influence, and providing data support through market research. During S10, the BD group plans to complete market research, participate in at least three international events, optimize BD processes, and improve efficiency by introducing a CRM system. Helios will serve as the PM, responsible for strategic planning and client acquisition, with the aim of achieving milestones in process optimization and international expansion within three months.
