What is this io.net ? - it's a project from the fashionable and loudly discussed category DePIN. It should be noted that the project is being built on the rapidly growing and scalable Solana* network.*
In complex words, it's a decentralized computing network that allows the development, execution, and scaling of machine learning applications.
In simple words, it uses underutilised resources and provides them to other networks to ensure their stable operation. The project is very similar to the well-known Grass.
Considering recent events in the crypto world, there's a strong tendency of DePIN projects, hence this project is not to be missed, especially since on March 5, 2024, a funding round was closed for an impressive $30 million.
The project received investments from a large number of both funds 🏛️ and Angels 🧚 (solo investors). Notable ones include Multicoin Capital; Delphi Digital; Solana Ventures; OKX Ventures, and CEO of the Solana network Anatoly Yakovenko.
All this is indeed great and interesting, but we would like to receive an Airdrop from the project and here's what we're going to do:
