Introduction: Ignition, the first phase of io.net’s community rewards program, aims to accelerate the growth of io.net Cloud and the IO Network.

Ignition Program:

• Consists of three independent reward pools: Worker Rewards, Community Questing Rewards, and Discord Role Rewards.

• Participants can earn rewards from each pool separately.

• Worker Rewards are calculated based on activity recorded between 11/4/23 and 4/25/24.

• Points accrued during this period are converted into rewards and distributed pro-rata to user accounts.

• To receive payouts, a valid Solana wallet must be associated with the user account.

• Note: Self-service withdrawals for USDC Earnings are currently under maintenance.

Reward Calculation:

• Factors considered include Job Hours Done, Bandwidth Scoring System, and GPU Model.

• Bandwidth is classified into Low, Medium, and High Speed tiers based on download and upload speeds.

By participating in the Ignition program, users can earn rewards while contributing to the growth of io.net Cloud and the IO Network.

Community Questing Rewards

This program will be facilitated by Galxe, during which users accrue points for tasks in the campaigns listed here: https://galxe.com/io.net/campaign/GCD5ot4oXPAt

The Galxe rewards are in a separate pool from Worker and Discord Role rewards.

Discord Role Rewards

This program will be facilitated by our Community team and will require users to submit a valid Solana wallet address in Discord.
