There’s something raw, real, and electric brewing in the digital alleys of Web3 and it goes by the name Graff Kidz.
At first glance, it’s a collection of hand-drawn characters wielding spray cans and bold vibes. But look closer, and you’ll find a gritty love letter to street culture, music, and the roots of real artistic expression. In a space that’s grown crowded with generative sameness and AI shortcuts, Graff Kidz stands defiantly apart, refusing to conform, refusing to blend in.
Created by artist and founder Stoney Eye, this project isn’t about trends. It’s about truth. Each Graff Kid is built by hand, influenced by a lifetime of street art, design, and rhythm. The mission? To give collectors more than art, to give them a movement. To build a crew, both online and IRL, where music meets murals, where physical stencils collide with digital drops, and where community isn’t just a word tossed around, it’s the canvas everything gets painted on.
And with ApeChain as the backdrop? The timing couldn’t be better.
We sat down with Stoney Eye to dig into the vision, the vibes, and why Graff Kidz might be one of the most authentic mints Web3’s seen in a minute.
🎤 Q&A with Stoney Eye — Founder of Graff Kidz
🎨 ART FROM THE STREETS, NOT THE SERVER
What makes the Graff Kidz style stand out in the NFT world?
Graff Kidz is a bold embrace of street art culture. Every piece is hand-drawn—no AI, no shortcuts. The traits are soaked in graffiti, music, and 420 energy. It’s expressive, gritty, and deeply rooted in real art.
Is there a core story or vibe behind the characters?
The Graff Kidz are a crew of music-loving, spray-can-wielding street legends on ApeChain. They rep unity, creativity, and high-vibe energy—spreading their message through walls, beats, and blockchain.
What inspired the visual style?
Graff Kidz blends my background in digital design, graffiti, and music. It’s all about strong silhouettes, bold lines, and loud palettes. I wanted it to feel like it was ripped off a wall in Long Beach and dropped into the metaverse.
What kind of traits can collectors expect in the upcoming mint?
There are 100+ traits—from fresh originals to nostalgic nods to my past collections across chains. One of my favorite 1/1s? The Robot Graff Kid. It radiates energy. But the real win? Utility. We're talking physical hand-cut stencils based on any NFT you hold (not just ours), custom graffiti name pieces, and 3D files to flex in the metaverse.
🧑🎨 WHO’S BEHIND THE CAN?
Who's building Graff Kidz?
It’s me—Stoney Eye. I’m the lead artist and founder. I’ve been active in Web3 for over five years—DJing live sets, dropping art, designing wearables. This project is the culmination of everything I’ve created across that journey.
Is this your first official drop?
As a team, yes. But I’ve been creating NFTs, music, and art for years—rewarding supporters, building community, and experimenting in ways that Web2 could never touch.
What does success look like for Graff Kidz?
Graff Kidz is a brand, a movement, and soon, a universe. Success is about vibes—it’s people connecting with the art, with the culture, and with each other. That’s the long game.
🧱 WHY MINT?
Why should someone mint a Graff Kid today?
Because you’re not just minting art—you’re minting into a culture. A real one. This is for people who love handmade, original work. People who want to be part of a creative, physical/digital hybrid community. If you’ve ever been inspired by a tagged wall or a chopped sample loop—you’ll get it.
What makes this mint different from everything else launching right now?
Every piece is drawn by hand. No generator. No fluff. Minting gives you a chance to win physical art based on any NFT you own, get a custom graffiti name design, or a 3D metaverse avatar. That’s not just utility—it’s style with substance.
What comes after the mint?
We’re lining up raffles, exclusive drops, and blue-chip giveaways. But the biggest flex? Hand-cut, hand-sprayed stencil art, shipped to real ones. The digital lives on-chain. The physical? That lives on your wall.
🦍 APECHAIN ENERGY
Why launch on ApeChain?
Low gas. High energy. The APE community is culture-forward—just like us. ApeChain feels alive, and it was a no-brainer to call it home.
What excites you about building on ApeChain early?
I’ve always trusted my gut. ApeChain is fresh, open, and vibing with energy. We’re still early—but this is where the culture is growing. It’s not about chasing the next trend—it’s about building it.
How has the ApeChain or BAYC fam supported you so far?
They’ve been nothing but love. Welcoming from the jump. They support originality and show up for real builders. That energy? It made me go all in.
What kind of community are you trying to build with Graff Kidz?
A creative crew. I want Discord and X to feel like a digital alley wall—full of tags, freestyles, and energy. And IRL? I want to throw mural parties, spin records, and make it all real. No dead Discords. No lazy vibes. We go hard.
🔥 WRAP UP: THIS ISN’T JUST A DROP. IT’S A CREW.
Graff Kidz isn’t here to follow the roadmap playbook or flood the floor charts.
It’s not a grab-and-go. It’s a give-a-damn.
This project is for people who care about the art. About the culture. About the connection.Whether you're minting for the aesthetic, the utility, or the community, what you’re really minting is a spot on the wall. A permanent place in a movement that blends graffiti, music, and blockchain into one explosive experience.
ApeChain is the canvas. Graff Kidz is the tag. And you? You’re the one holding the can.
🧩 Mint coming soon on ApeChain. Follow, vibe, and join the crew.
