Gaudiy Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ishikawa Yuya; hereinafter "Gaudiy") is pleased to announce that in the Pre-Series C round, it has raised a total of 10 billion yen by equity funding with .
Additionally, seven new shareholders have been joined by Akatsuki Co., Ltd., Anime Times Co., Ltd., Core Mix Co., Ltd., Kodansha Co., Ltd., Shueisha Co., Ltd., Shogakukan Co., Ltd., and Bushiroad Co., Ltd., as new shareholders.
Additional funding is also planned to be raised by the end of the year, with the second closing at the same valuation.
