In this article, I will help you identify the best crypto projects for 2024 and 2025 by analyzing the top narratives and the projects performing well this year and the next.

Firstly, we need to understand that the crypto market evolves very quickly, and as a result, past results will not dictate future outcomes. Strong narratives that were trending in previous years no longer have the same impact, and projects that were all the rage from 2017 to 2021 have been forgotten by the market. For example, narratives like storage and privacy were once top trends, but today we see their impact on the crypto market, especially privacy, where founders and project teams are being arrested for “providing” tools for money laundering. These narratives were once powerful, but now no one talks about them. Would you invest in projects with such narratives? In past years, you might have made a lot of money, but in this cycle, you’re more likely to lose money and potential gains. It’s crucial to keep this in mind, avoid anchoring bias, and discard outdated projects. Stay informed and analyze which new projects are gaining more narrative, attention, funding, development, and revenue. The lesson here is: Get rid of outdated projects and invest in those with strong narratives and fundamentals.

CHOSING NARRATIVES:

Starting with the strongest. The RWA sector is very strong in this cycle. RWA, or “Real-World Assets,” refers to tangible or physical assets that can be tokenized and represented on a blockchain. These assets include real estate, commodities, bonds, and other physical goods that were traditionally non-digital but can now be represented as digital tokens on the blockchain. Tokenizing RWAs allows for increased liquidity, easier market access, and greater efficiency in trading and managing these assets. The idea is that RWAs can be integrated into the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem and other blockchain applications, facilitating transactions and investments in physical assets with the security and transparency offered by blockchain technology.

Another narrative I don’t recommend but will mention for curiosity is meme coins. Although it’s a popular narrative, most projects are extremely risky as only a few succeed. Most tend to fail, and meme coins are grounded in speculation and momentary hype. Stay away from them; meme coins are a cancer in the market. Out of every 500 projects created, only 1 or 2 succeed. If you want to invest in meme coins, only allocate a small portion of your money and ensure it’s money you can afford to lose.

A strong narrative is Solana itself. Solana is such a solid project that it has become its own narrative. Solana is increasingly dominating the ecosystem as a whole. There’s even talk that Solana might eventually surpass Ethereum, drawing even more attention to its ecosystem.

AI and DePIN are gaining significant attention in this cycle. The term AI (Artificial Intelligence) refers to the ability of machines and systems to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as learning, reasoning, and problem-solving. This includes areas like machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

In the cryptocurrency market, “DePIN” stands for “Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks.” This concept involves creating decentralized physical networks, such as data storage infrastructure, communication networks, and other essential infrastructure, managed and operated in a decentralized manner, often using blockchain technology.

Analyze which games are trending; this narrative tends to be strong in nearly every cycle.

The main idea is to allow users to sell or buy future yields of their assets, separating asset ownership from the rights to the yields they generate.
