As we've grown, we've also listened intently. We've heard your calls for a simpler, more cohesive experience. Today, we’re not just acknowledging this; we are announcing a definitive plan to act on it.

We are thrilled to introduce Project Fusion, a comprehensive evolution designed to create a single, unified hibit experience.

Our New Vision: The Convenience of a CEX, the Security of a DEX

Our new philosophy is simple yet powerful. We are moving beyond separate modes to create one unified platform. On this platform, we offer two professional, complementary ways to trade: a streamlined Swap and a full-featured Orderbook (Trade).

Every change in this plan is guided by a single principle: to provide you with the intuitive, seamless experience of a top-tier centralized exchange, while steadfastly upholding the non-custodial security and autonomy that only a DEX can offer.

The Roadmap: Our Six-Stage Plan to a Unified hibit

Project Fusion is not a single update; it's a structured, multi-stage evolution. Here is our commitment to you, broken down into clear, value-driven phases.

Stage 1: A Unified Foundation

Before we build new rooms, we must perfect the foundation. This stage is about creating absolute consistency across the entire platform.

• One Language: We are officially retiring the Funding Wallet / Trading Wallet terminology. The entire platform will now use the clear, industry-standard terms: Wallet Balance (the funds in your connected non-custodial wallet) and Trading Balance (the funds you’ve transferred to the platform for trading).

• One Path: All users will now start their journey on our enhanced Swap interface, providing the most straightforward and liquid experience by default. The top navigation will be simplified to Swap | Trade | Instant Listing | My Assets, with easy-to-find links to switch between trading styles.

Stage 2: Re-engineering the PC Experience

We are rebuilding our core desktop workflows to be more intuitive and powerful.

• A Smarter Orderbook: The Trade interface will retain its professional, side-by-side Buy/Sell layout, but will be enhanced with the new, clear Wallet Balance / Trading Balance display and a direct, one-click Transfer button.

• A Dynamic User Menu: We are removing the floating wallet icon for Hibit ID users to reduce clutter. Instead, the top-right user menu will become dynamic. External wallet users will see a clean, simple menu, while Hibit ID users will have an enhanced menu with quick asset overviews and a prominent button to open their full-featured wallet in a new tab.

Stage 3: Mastering the Mobile Experience

Our H5 experience will be completely overhauled to be smarter and more space-efficient.

• Context-Aware Balances: The mobile trading interface will now only show the balance of the asset you need for your current action (e.g., show your KAS balance when you're buying, and your KACHI balance when you're selling).

• Intuitive Controls: Each asset display will feature two clear rows for Wallet and Trading balances, with dedicated Receive and Transfer buttons right where you need them.

Stage 4: Ecosystem Evolution

We are making it easier for projects to join the hibit ecosystem and safer for users to interact with them.

• A Guided Listing Experience: Our Instant Listing process will be unified into a single, user-friendly, step-by-step wizard for all users.

• Brand Asset Security: We are introducing a Token Metadata Governance system. While anyone can submit a logo for a new token, we are implementing a community-driven reporting system and a secure, on-chain verification process for project teams to claim and manage their official logo.

Stage 5: Polishing the Details

A great platform is defined by its attention to detail. This stage is about creating a truly polished and robust experience.

• Seamless Onboarding: We will introduce a "What's New" guided tour to help all users, especially our long-term supporters, smoothly adapt to the new improvements.

• No Dead Ends: We will design friendly and helpful "empty states" (e.g., for a new user's asset list) and clear, consistent "loading" and "error" states across the platform.

Stage 6: The Peace of Mind Engine

We are tackling one of the biggest sources of anxiety in DeFi: waiting for transactions to confirm.

• A Unified Transaction Center: A new "Activity" icon in the navigation bar will be your central hub for all recent activity. It will dynamically show when transactions are pending, successful, or have failed.

• Real-Time Progress Tracking: When you initiate a Transfer (deposit) from your wallet, our system will instantly recognize it. You will see a Pending status in the Transaction Center and on the interface itself, from the moment you confirm in your wallet until the funds are successfully credited to your Trading Balance. No more "black holes." No more anxiety.
