It will be a sealed-bid auction (AKA Price Discovery Mode) where buyers make encrypted bids expressing how many tokens they want to buy, and at what FDV.

• When all the bids are submitted, they are sorted highest to lowest and tokens are awarded to the highest bidders first

• Everyone gets the same clearing price as the lowest successful bidder

• So if you overbid, you get a cheaper price and bonus tokens

• If you underbid, you don’t get any tokens but you get all your money back
