Dubbed simply as The Phenomenon, this cosmic event bestows extraordinary abilities upon a select few individuals, marking them as the chosen ones to become known as the Phenoms.

As these newfound chosen ones emerge, so do the sinister intentions of G.E.N. Corp, a powerful conglomerate determined to exploit and control the Phenoms for their own gain. Under the guise of genetic evolution, G.E.N. Corp unleashes an advanced army of cybernetic soldiers to capture and subject the Phenoms to ruthless experimentation without their consent. As chaos erupts in New Miami City, ordinary citizens find themselves caught in the crossfire, navigating a world where the lines between hero and villain are blurred.

Amidst the turmoil, Vector emerges as a leader among the Phenoms, rallying a team infamously known as The Renegades, to resist G.E.N. Corp’s overreaching oppression.
